During the six month relationship, you and Mx. Brûlée will reveal how you learn to regenerate your internal source of joy through a variety of techniques and therapies. Art therapy is a great way to express yourself and connect with your inner joy. Fire transformation helps you to let go of negative emotions and transform them into positive energy. Neuroscience provides insights into how joy is created in the brain. Emotion science helps us to understand how joy-inducing molecules work in the body, for example dopamine

What’s your personal power booster?

I was in therapy recently, and I had a big epiphany. We all know that there's a thorn. Once we take that thorn out, what do we replace it with? Do we leave the void or do we replace it with something? Do we insert sunshine deep into the recesses of the thorn? I realized that we need to replace the thorn with something. Otherwise, the void will remain and the thorn will grow back. So what should we replace it with?

Remember when you were younger and you had all these dreams and aspirations? You couldn't wait to grow up and start your career in industrial design. But somewhere along the way, things changed. You lost sight of what brings you joy and now you're just going through the motions. Well, I'm here to tell you that it's never too late to change course. If you're not happy with your current path, it's okay to choose something else. Life is too short to settle for anything less than joy. You get to define what makes you full of joy. Say things out loud, with loving kindness, regenerative energy from your unique light shine. The world needs more people like you who are living their truth and being their authentic selves.
